Mohammad was professional, efficient, and provided good customer service. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix the issue. A comment not reflective on Mohammad: It seems that Sears home service may be understaffed as it took 10 days to receive service. It was reported 8/26 through Choice Home Warranty and accepted 8/27 by Sears. First available appointment was 9/4 afternoon.
