Not a good experience
He did not do the service he called without previous schedule and no one was home. I have been waiting for about 2 weeks. I asked when will he be back said I needed to call the insurance again. I'm not blaming the tech the system should of called me to set up a schedue.

Scratched my washer
The tech fixed my dryer which is great, but scratched my washer while trying to slide the front part of the dryer. Eventually he had to take the front part of the dryer off to be able to take the motor out. If he would have taken off the front part of the dryer off initially, he would have not scratched my washer. He offered to come and paint it ....which he did a few days later, but it is still an eyesore because you can still see the scratch. My washer is new and I take care of it...not feeling good about this at all!!

bad experience!
the technician order the part twice incorrect and after 2 months they said they could not fix the microwave. no communication during the process and just a waste of money, time and lots of headaches.

Bad service
I get a last minute call for service and the technician stated that he was not going to wait for me more than 10 minutes. Technician was very rude and I wouldn't recommend their service.

Dissatisfied and frustrated warranty sears service
One Month ago I Opened a Sears service order to review my AC issues on my home. The technician arrived to my home and review my units and based on his feedback and email report my issues needed to be replaced. Then a second company arrived to my home review my units and provide me a different diagnosis diferente that Sears Technician. This 2nd company mention that I need to clean my units and this will solve my AC issue. Sears do not cover this clean up and must to Pay for this service. Then my AC issue still was there I called Sears again about my issues. Sears opened a second order to review my AC units. Technician arrived again to check my units and found same issues .units needs to be replaced. Today 10/9/2023 I received a Sears call phone form Case Manager to tell me that Sears will not able to cover old AC units and therefore Sears will not be able to solve my AC issue. I felt totally frustrated and dissatisfied for this Sears answer. I was out from my job to attend all Sears appointments (Without Pay in my job) for nothing. It was a waste of my time, money for nothing. Sears warranty is not a good option to cover your home.

Washer repairs
He came in looked at it and said he did not see nothing wrong with the washer! He told my wife to use it that he did not see anything wrong with the washer! I have water all over my garage floor again! I took pictures to show you or him the evidence of water coming out from the bottom of the wadhet! 😡😤😠🤬

Bad service by technician and deceiving.
Experience was very bad, technician was deceiving when he made me sign on the electronic forms. He only explained in his own words what I was apparently signing and he did not show me the actual forms. When the forms were sent to my email I noticed that the forms were not what I was told they were when I signed. The forms were rather a release of any liability for SEARS and the technician. I felt that the technician was not truthful and very deceiving.

Totally disappointed
I received the visit of Marco Technician to review my AC unit. Then he told me verbally that my unit are not working correctly and he will suggest to replacing them. Then I receive a visit of another Sears contractor, these new guys review my units again and their diagnostic was totally different. This new contractors submitted a report that I need to clean my units instead replace. I don't understand how two diferente people reviewed the same units and have a totally diagnosis different. And the worst part is that I need to pay from my pocket the cleaning service. Wow totally disappointed

Refrigerator
2nd time he's out to our home and both times has referred us to manufacture warranty. But I've paid deductible both times he's been here and been paying my premiums every month I don't think having this warranty is very effective or beneficial.
