Patrick was very nice he was very informative about what was going on from start to finish! After a few weeks of being without my dryer and getting crappy service from other companies I am now up and running thanks to Patrick and Sears!

ThE techs were all very nice
The techs that came were all very nice BUT the customer service from A&E was terrible . My first tech came out very nice tech and told us he had to order parts on June 28 th. And then I never received any info from A&E from that date until August 30th. No e mails,no tech messages and could not get any on the phone numbers that were listed. Then they lost my request for service. NO follow up customer service!!
