Deserves No rating
After "WAITING" 12 days for service call; the Tech lied about our 2 year old air conditioning unit, causing the home warranty to not warrant the service. The unit "IS" installed properly AND "NO SIGNS OF STANDING WATER" in pan. Very disappointed! We've been with Choice Warranty for about 11 years but changing now.
