I've had (3) different technicians to my home now, I believe the last (2) were the most help. The first guy was a waste of time and money

Service tech
Not happy with this tech from start to finish he was on another call during our service talking to other repair tech not giving us 100% concentration to our problem. With no actual testing he claimed that the board had a short because he heard a clicking noise couple times. He only tested the pump out motor amps which was ok. With the cost of a new board he suggested just to purchase a new washer! I thought that to check out the board would have consisted of actually plugging into the board with a real diagnostic type equipment rather than a guess to our issue on hearing a click! With this tech being on the phone almost the whole time I really don't think we received a complete service call, not worth what we were charged!!!

Daniel did a great job for me!
The problem I had was with the scheduling office. I was supposed to be on the schedule for Friday, June 15th between 8:00 am and noon. It's what I was told. No one showed up. I was not informed of any changes. But I was actually not on the schedule at all. Since I work, I had taken off the entire morning and that's not okay when no none came to service the oven and range.

Washer Malfunction
Machine still malfunctioning. Not completing cycle. Gets stuck on slow spin leaving clothes soaked.

Tore the drain line on the dish washer
Raul was the 4th tech that has been to our home for our dishwasher. On July 22, the best and most competent tech we've seen, #1, came out and had to order a part. July 31, #2 installed the part and left the dishwasher unplugged but closed out the work order. I had to plug it in myself only to find error codes. After a huge day of frustration on the phone I finally got in touch with a real person to open the work order back up. #3 came out August 1 and had to order another part. #4 was supposed to come install the part on August 12 but never made it. So instead of getting a tech on August 13, we got a two day delay. Raul came out on August 14 and left with the drain line ripped open at the garbage disposal making a huge mess after he left and closed out the work order. I will have to punch a million buttons on some automated phone system to get the work order opened back up to get the problem fixed. We've been without a dishwasher for a month. Sears has been awful but that's who our home warranty used.

Plug was installed wrong and drawing 110 volts
The plug on the dryer was installed wrong. I had to get an electrician to come since the tech said the outlet is drawing too much voltage.

machine still leaks

Home owner
After arriving around 8:30am Wade sat in his truck for 40 minutes before starting work. He spent less than 5 minutes checking the furnace. I requested a check on the thermostat or a/c unit since the air was not getting cool enough. He was just out on May 5th for a preventative maintenance check on the a/c and also spent only 5 minutes without checking the Freon level. He refuse to check Freon today. Please do not send Wade for any future service calls.

Technician did not listen to the problem we had. We kept telling him the air handler is leaking. Wouldn't listen. We have called out another repairman.
