Ricky did his best to try and fix our refrigerator. It was not able to be fixed due to manufacturing flaws. He and his apprentice were very professional and personable.

He explained to me about my Hot point dryer that he couldn't change the filter, but I showed him my Kenmore dryer that the cord is broken. He advised me to call and reschedule to change the cord to my Kenmore dryer with out to pay 100.00 deductible that I already paid because it's good for 30 days. So I called the repair service, I was not happy because I have to pay another 100.00 deductible. I try to call back again but the service was terrible because they keep transferring me to different cycle of different department . Sorry , the technician Dquarius B was good explaining the problem of my dryer, he was polite and friendly, .
