Outstanding Technician
Richard has been to our house 4 times to repair our 21 CF Kenmore freezer. No fault of his that the parts repeatedly got cancelled and substitute parts finally arrived 5 months after the work order was opened. Richard has always been very courteous and patient explaining the problem, solution, and completing the repair!
