Refrigerator gasket and preventive maintenance
Ricky was very knowledgeable and was able to make adjustments to make the door seal better. He was conscientious in inspecting and performing preventative maintenance. He cleaned the coils better than they have ever been cleaned before. A great job!

Technician was amazing! Scheduling system sucks
The guy was great both visits out! First time the system was accurate! Part was ordered but then sat here for a week while I had to wait for an appointment! Cannot talk to a person! Ever it is a dumb system. Meanwhile the customer is going to a laundromat!

Washing machine repair
Our tech was an absolute 10!!! Very knowledgeable and we felt our washing machine issue was addressed to the fullest. Very satisfied customer in the boon docks which by the way has been a challenge living in the country and finding vendors for new appliances and repairs.
