Our Samsung refrigerator
Richard was able to race the new parts that had arrived this last week. We still need 1 part to have the water dispenser work. Our ice had been working all along but now that no longer works as of today!!! So very frustrating!!

Richard completed a more thorough diagnosis of the issue. He was the third technician to come and by far the best! Even if I have to replace my appliance, I am confident it's because it is non repairable based off Richard's diagnosis and explanation of the issue.
