Great Job !
Marc was the ONLY tech that listened to us & fixed the problem. Our home warranty had used 3 other companies before Sears & they didn't resolve the leaking ice maker issue. Marc came out & within 15 minutes diagnosed the issue & ordered the parts. When he came back, it took appx another 30 minutes to complete the entire repair & he was training another tech !!!!

He was very quiet. Once he diagnosed leak He got right too work, he performed the task seemingly effectively. Our fridge seems to be working fine now
