Mr. Marcus arrived at our front door with equipment in both hands and went straight to work. He did a thorough cleaning and maintenance check-up to both our washer and dryer and didn't seem to mind us watching and asking questions as he worked. He was professional, prepared, knowledgeable and personable. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up behind himself. Now, who does that these days! Kudos to this Sears tech and keep up the good work Mr. Marcus.

Did a great job.
I was very upset when Ruben came in, not at him but at Sears . Didn't like your service when it tells you what time he is getting there. Said 6:00 to 7:00 when they had told me 8:00 to 5:00. I tried calling and couldn't talk to a person. Then it said I needed a credit card. When I had purchased the warranty. But Ruben did a great job and calmed me down.
