Frigidaire Refrigerator
The tech was nice and knew exactly why my refrigerator wouldn't keep cool. Definitely would refer you all. I have been battling with that issue for over six months. Just happy to be able to use my refrigerator again.

Harold is the second repair guy to come to my house to put in. A part that was ordered by the first repair Guy. I told him I had a concern whether the right part had been ordered. Harold double checked my dishwasher. Took it apart and found that the part was not needed, but simply a top from a container had gotten stuck, preventing the door from shutting completely. It was made of thin plastic, so it was not showing nor could you see it when shutting the door. Thank you, Harold, for making the extra effort. To look at the washer and find out that I didn't need to spend all that money that I don't have anyway. Hire more people like harold.

Dryer experience
Christopher provided excellent service. He was efficient by working on the washer maintainance prevention task, he ran the dryer to hear noise issue. Then he disassembled the dryer and accessed the situation. He found the problem and reassembled the dryer. He explained what he found and ran the dryer to check if it still made a loud noise while running. It didn't make noise anymore. He was extremely pleasant the entire time. Thank you Christopher.
