Bradley, was excellent. He came in and reviewed what was wrong with my washer. I was so glad he didn't have to make second and third trips to get parts. He was also very informative after making the repairs to make sure that I am utilizing my washer correctly. Things that I never thought about he covered. So I'm all repaired and more efficient.
