Fridge repair
Eric was honest about there being a refrigerant leak somewhere in the system that was not observable & that replacing several components may not fix the issue since there were no clues to where it was. If is is within the sealed areas it wouldn't be repairable.

Jimmy did a great job! He could tell the suspension rods on our washing machine were bad when he looked at the gap between the tub and the top of the washer. He ordered the parts and came back a week later to do the repair. Very good at responding to texts and letting me know when he was on the way so I could leave work, get to the house, and lock up the dogs.

My trials the communication
Since I was unable to talk to any one except a guy in Phoenix and some how the address was wrong and to a non existent address jimmy did call me and I tried to give him directions to the Palo Duro club. He tried to use navigation which seldom gets it right. It took him 45 minutes and two more phone calls to get him to the gate. Once he found it he was very efficient and took 10 min to put the new ice maker in. I'm concerned I seem to have been charged for all that time. I tried to correct the address when I saw it was wrong but apparently no one saw the change. It would have been nice to talk to a human. Every call to jimmy went to voicemail but the mailbox was full
