Did not have the right parts. Four visits, and stove is still unusable. This was not worth purchasing the Protection Plan. We have had no oven for a month and a half! Beware...

Second appointment scheduled, first appointment was last week Thursday and the technician “couldn’t make it.” They (Sears) rescheduled the appointment for today (Monday 3-17-25) and the technician never shows again, this time I just get a message requesting I rate his service… meanwhile my washing machine is still broken! Pretty useless to have a warranty if you can’t get anything fixed in a timely manner.
