Effective Troubleshooting
James & his fellow worker checked the circuit board, controls, & other components of t our washer and everything checked out as functional. James & I then checked my electrical breaker panel & discovered the breaker for the washer is defective. Consequently, I will replace it which should resolve our issue.

Great tech, terrible company
I am leaving 5 stars because the tech was great. The issue was diagnosed, parts were ordered—we did end up needing another part but the face to face service was good. The company however—1/5 stars. I tried calling to speak with customer service when something else went wrong after the tech left and just got stuck in an endless loop of robot options. Chatting in won't get you anywhere unless your question falls within their predetermined options. Emails just bounced back. It was beyond frustrating. Perhaps the third visit could have been avoided if I could have gotten through to someone.

Michael immediately knew what the issue was with my appliance. He explained everything very well. He repaired my item quickly & efficiently. He cleaned up so well, I could not tell he'd even been in the kitchen. AAA+ SIR!

Heat and air technicion.
Kyle has been here 5 times to put more parts on our heat pimp and still doesn't work. He has done a great job each time and don't seem to mind me watching and talking and asking questions. He's the best!!
