John was very pleasant and took a great deal of time to investigate the cause of my leaking washer. He determined it to be operator error in that we have been using too much detergent and not being as diligent as we could with cleaning the front gasket. I hope this resolves the issue.

Grady is great, and provided superior service. He knows his business and fixed our problem! The customer service that backs him up, however, is terrible. The system cancels appointments and books new ones without consulting you . . . and then reschedules the appointment for the day you originally had. Automated phone calls and texts arrive the day of your appointment, announcing that the tech will be there "tomorrow" and then gives you today's date. When you call them to try and get the mess straightened out, the automated menu never allows you to speak to anyone and never provides a menu choice that will tell them why you're calling. When you're then forced into their survey at the end of the call, and you give them a "1" because they have created confusion and you're still not sure of the day they are actually scheduling you for, one of the answer choices they offer when asking the reason you gave phone support a poor rating is . . . "you wanted to speak to a person." I would imagine virtually everyone selects that choice because NO ONE gets service or satisfaction from a stupid automated menu.
