Dryer repair
No technician came out today so how do you rate someone who did not come. We had a scheduled appointment yesterday, but no one came out. When I call to get an update, it makes an appointment with a techican, but no one comes. All parts show cancelled on the appointment reminder and when you call they say they are waiting on two parts. In June the techician John came and took a part off my dryer and its October and still no part nor repair. The service we are experiencing from Sears Home service is absolutely terrible, I would not recommend anyone to sign up for this repair service it is like putting your money in a garbage disposal grinding it up and washing it down the sink. My appliance has been torn up since April. Still nothing seven months later.
