Great service by Kenneth!
5 stars! He called this morning to let us know he would be between 1 & 5pm. He called again at 3 to say he was on his way. He arrived and promptly got right to work and fixed the issue we had with the range hood. But furthermore, he kindly recommended a few possible solutions on ANOTHER appliance that has a broken part but is discontinued, which would force us to replace the entire appliance, even though it functions mechanically. We really appreciated his concern for that situation. He went above and beyond and we'd give him 1000 stars if we could. Highly recommend Kenny! He's a good man!

Clothes dryer repair
The technician was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the repair needed to fix my dryer. My dryer is quite old, so Jimmy gave me the options and the estimate for repair. I opted for the repair and he had it working in a matter of minutes. Thank you for being so prompt and efficient.
