Professional and knowledgeable. We have had Christopher on several jobs and have never been disappointed with his knowledge about our appliances. He solved our issue on our LG refridgerator when the other technician couldn't. I would definitely use him again if we had another issue.

Repair tech was great. Scheduling/dispatch needs work.
The tech was great and communicated very well. Schedule/dispatch was a nightmare. They would schedule a service date and then not call me or send a tech because they "thought I didn't have the replacement part." Then they would say the next appointment was 2 weeks away. Again they wouldn't call me or send a tech on that new appointment date even though I confirmed it and said I had the part. Endless calls to get an appointment. Finally the tech received my appointment from dispatch and he was very good about communicating when he would arrive (phone call and text). Dispatch/scheduling is in great need of some improvement.
