Refrigerator repair
Grady's service was excellent. He let me know when he was coming, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and polite.

The technician was very courteous and professional keeping me informed throughout the process of diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts needed. The only negative is the time it took to get the parts to us and then a 4 day delay even after I received the parts.

Kenneth did a superb job in diagnosing and installing the part required to fix our range. It took 2 months to obtain the part and get the follow up visit scheduled, but once Kenneth was here, everything went fast.
