Don't Blame the Technician for Bad Customer Service
Gary was great. Your service was terrible! You dropped my scheduled repair on 3 dates without notification. I stayed home to wait for Gary and there was no show and no notification. Meanwhile I got dozens of text notifications that my scheduled appointment is coming up. And, even worse, there is no phone number I can call to find out what the heck is going on! I am very disappointed with the home warranty I have with Sears and very disappointed with the very poor customer service from Sears Home Services!
