Very prompt, knowledgeable, polite. We had an ongoing problem with our fridge. Frank was able to diagnose and replace needed parts and we believe fix the problem for good!! Very grateful for his service and repair that other technician totally missed. He actually fixed the problem where other technicians only fixed the symptoms!
