The type of repair man you want
Very courteous, went straight to the problem. Went outside to clean window air conditioner from the back and spray it out with water. He put booties on to come back into my house so not tracking a path of water thru my home.

11 weeks
Frank was great but Sear Repair service was bad! It took 11 weeks and 4 visits to fix my fridge. 11 weeks without a working fridge poor service! Since the last time he came May 30th I have received 3 calls each day telling me he is coming May 30 from 8-5. Did not receive the calls before May 30 they did not start till May 31 and they are still coming and today is June 5. Frank called to tell me he was 45 minutes away that is how I knew he was coming. I think Sears Warranty has MAJOR organizational problems. So disappointed in the phone responses. I kept trying to call to talk to a real person and it was impossible. Everything is automated. I did get to talk to a person and they told me to unplug the fridge for 30 minutes then plug it back up the loud noise would be gone. This did not work and Frank said don't even try doing what she said. I will not be renewing my service contract with Sears because I could not talk to a person on the phone and because I think 11 weeks without a fridge is too long for someone to tolerate. I honestly believe if Frank had been the first one to come to my house he would have ordered the correct parts and had it fixed on the second visit. I also visited the website to try to schedule appointments. This was easy but I would get text messages stating they moved the appointment back 2 weeks. All the parts had arrived so I had to go back online and move it back to where it was. I used the chat the only one that was helpful was when I could chat with a real agent the other automated agents were very unhelpful with my problems. Sorry to be negative but the whole experience was BAD!
