Technician was proficient and timely. Overall experience was not good at all as my appointments were continually bumped week to week until a month had passed before finally serviced by a technician. Communication was very poor as I was not given explanations for the delay, not to mention extreme difficulty with reaching an agent to discuss problems with obtaining service.

Billy was professional and came out Monday and ordered my parts and they came back today and put the fan blades in and got my air conditioner back working. 6 day without air conditioner in 90+ degree weather and being a asthmatic had me almost to the point of not breathing.
