Close door warning comes on after oven has been on
Justin felt pretty assured it was fixed. We started using this afternoon in preparation for a dinner party. Put on 400 degrees, heated up fine, placed bread in oven for a 15-20 minute cook. Worked fine for approximately 10 minutes then "close door" warning appeared. Needless to say, with company coming in 2 hours, we are not happy.

Fraudulant claim
We were told we don't have a heat pump when a company came out a couple of weeks ago and have pictures of our pump. Also the original company we called out said you can use the chart to measure the refrigerant when this technician denied you can do that during cooler months. Our claim was denied because a false report and diagnostic was given.

Work not done but tech was nice
Nothing happened. He literally left - apparently I have two accounts I've been paying for and they couldn't figure out what to do

Dishwasher

Tried but the fridge still doesn't work.
The fridge was a little noisy and we wanted to repair it before selling. This was at the end of august. After the 2 nd visit the noise stopped because the entire fridge stopped. Now after 4 visits and over 2 months the fridge doesn't work It seems each tech who came had no notes from the previous visit and made their best guess as to what was wrong with it. Awful service. Horrible communication with no options. Will never pay for another warranty. No way to chat live with anyone other than the tech when they arrive. I'm now throwing out the fridge. #awful #notworththecost #neveragain.

Repair work caused ice area to get warm
Fun was great BUT After repairing the noisy fan the ice bin started melting and is not cold enough to make ice! Need to schedule a call back.

Now my ice maker doesn't work. Help

Fridge not fixed at all.
15 days after booking this service, technician has been here twice. Once on day 7 to tell us he needed to order the parts and again on day 15 (today) when he told us the fridge was working again. It's been 13 hours and the fridge is at 70 degrees. No cold air moving from vents at all. Freezer is at 54 degrees. Not sure how to get them back out here to finish the job.
