Garbage Disposal
I'm not happy with customer service at all ad the way they treat their customers, and the time they waste not only to the customers but the time they wasted sending out technicians twice in or to order a replacement for our broken Garbage Disposal. They don't keep in touch with you after the service, and don't follow through with their promises. However Roosevelt, the Technician was very nice and helpful.

Dishwasher Duty
Justin was prompt in arrival. He identified a problem with the dishwasher swiftly and unclogged the tubing. He then ran a bit of a cycle. He was helpful. I'm not certain that my dishwasher is completely repaired.

Billy was great — the company, not so much
1st appt, took 4 days after home warranty contacted them. Diagnosis: I needed a part replaced. Appt scheduled 8 days out. The hottest week in Nashville. Tried to find a # to call to see if there was some way to work with the schedule. No luck. Billy came first thing on the scheduled day, thank God. My week without A/C was awful. After doing everything I could to stay cool, by late morning, it was no cooler than 90. In the end, it took him less than an hour to fix. If there had been an office I could call, maybe I could have persuaded them to fix it before the scheduled time. The only reason I didn't go local is because I used my home warranty company, which is a whole other issue. Took them 2 days to even find a company to do the job. I'm all fixed now, but you really should make it clear how to call a local number. If that isn't even an option, you really suck.

Not thorough
Arrived way early in the morning, which is not horrible in itself, but a little inconvenient. Then, was dismissive of my husband's concerns with the fridge, working sometimes and not others.
