BENNY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAD TO ORDER PARTS WHICH TOOK A LONG TIME TO BE DELIVERED BUT HE MADE US AWARE OF POSSIBLE DELAYS DURING HIS VISIT. ALTHOUGH THIS WAS AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME WE COULD NOT USE OUR DIAHWASHER, IT WAS OUT OF BENNYS CONTROL.
