Great job fast and efficient

Third trip for ice maker repair.
Gary was very professional. I hope this resolves the issue we were having because the first replacement ice maker was not making ice like the original one was, only a fraction. Of course this has nothing to do with Gary. It's probably has to do with the replacement parts the FAHW requires them to use. The rebuilt replacement compressor FAHW required the HVAC company to use to fix one of 2 condensers stopped working within a few hours of being installed!! But Gary's vehicle needs to have some service work done on it because it left a 10"x20" stain on my driveway from some type of fluid.

Jerome is an excellent repairman and is a great ambassador to represent Sears Home Services. He has outstanding "people skills" and is welcome at our residence any time. Thank you for employees like Jerome. Incidentally, our repaired refrigerator runs so quietly now, that it's hard to know if it's running at all... but it is!!!
