Prompt and Efficient
Cleo arrived, diagnosed and repaired the issue in a very timely manner. While he was working he explained what caused the issue and what to look for in the future should the problem occur in the future. Super polite, very helpful. Old school, service oriented which is so hard to find these days. Will definitely call again for future repair issues should they arise.

Refrigerator not cooling below 40 degrees
He checked the refrigerator out and determined it needed a new "board" …. He ordered it and a week or 2 after it was delivered Gleen returned to install and so far all is working correctly

Refrigerator appears to be fixed!
We've had to have tech come out 3-4 times to get a leaking problem fixed. We couldn't tell right after the techs came. It would show up after 2-3 hours. It is not leaking now. Finally! We are all happy.
