Quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. $400 for labor seems a little steep for 15 minutes on the site but at least it’s fixed.

The repair man worked hard to find the issue. There needs to be a better system than having to wait around and lose a day of work because of the “somewhere between 8 am and 5 pm “ window

Bill, the technician, showed up exactly at the appointed time. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 35 minutes and I could not be more pleased.
