Our technician was great! But I would NOT recommend Sears Protection Warranty at all! This service call started January 27 for our oven. Repeated no shows…and it finally got fixed today May 8th only after many calls and excuses. We have had the protection warranty since 2003….but we are DONE. It simply is not worth the hassle. And being a warranty customer means nothing!
