Left Hanging
I understand that the temp outside needs to be above a minimum temp to install the compressor. We have had days where it was warm enough to complete the repair. I even understand scheduling issues, but if you know you need a part to complete the repair, it should be ordered and available for when the temp and scheduling are available for repair completion.

Zero! Why would they not see if it would work before leavin?
My washer still is not working at all!! I am so upset and disappointed. Very dissatisfied

Repair my fridge not cooling
Technician was helpful with info on the fact he was sure he had fixed my fridge, but it still has not started cooling he said 24 hours. It's been 36 hours still not cool.
