He did make it work and we are happy with that unfortunately he got stung, but he left to buy a can when he could of let me know where he was going, i had a can i found.

I just cannot fathom why it takes 12 days to accomplish a simple repair. First you come without the part, when I explained on the phone what the problem was (not the first time it' s needed replacement). The part is ordered and arrives the day before (after 5 pm) return appointment. Day of, no one comes and I am told by the auto generated phone message I have to reschedule. I also cannot understand why it is impossible to get a live person when you call Sears. I guess I can, it is because you do not wish to actually do customer service.

Still not fixed…
Daquan replaced the blower which allows the unit to run emergency heat. He was unable to fix regular heat because there is no freon. When asked why there was no Freon, he said there must be a leak…but doesn't know where. He was unable to answer questions regarding emergency heat and how it behaves with thermostat. I had to ask a million questions to get any explanation of what was going on….and he wasn't sure about his responses. Not personable at all. Even though the unit can now run on emergency heat, it still has a leak and can't run normally.

Dishwasher
Dishwasher initially would not heat or dry dishes then dishwasher wouldn't wash now it washes and still will not heat dry. The repair guy left old parts in the kitchen floor in boxes and nicked my floor.

Appointment Scheduled- No One Showed Up
Very disappointed, waited all day for a technician. Kept receiving messages with updates but the day went by and no one even called. Disappointed

GE stacked laundry unit
The washer was serviced by the technician, but after testing it to do a load the washer didn't work in any cycle. The issues with the water level got worse and and neither the drain/spin setting functioned at all. The technician said to contact him directly if any problems related with the repair he did; I tried many times to get in touch with him but not response back from him. In conclusion the original issue got worse.

Not aware
The technician did not know what the last guy diagnosed at the last visit. Instead of replacing the part we waited 2 weeks for Daquan "fixed" something else. The house has airflow but it is not cool like it should be. It needs to be fixed correctly. The house has been without proper air conditioning for over a month.
