Scott investigated every possibility for leakage which had ceased before he arrived. He covered all possibilities, explaining as he investigated. I felt comfortable that he had covered all possibilities.

Devin changed the way I thought about sears home service. Until he showed up I would have never thought about using you again, thst being said wasn't all your fault as I am with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY and they ultimately are to blame. Thst being said after Devin work today and the I'm getting it done no matter what attitude I would totally recommend you. All I can say is you need more people on the service side like him

Asses repaiarable status of Goodwin 2.5T AC System Failure
Devin was exceptional in his communication and and a pleasure to deal with. It did take "2" weeks for someone to come and with 98degree F heat, a 78yr old disabled wife, the reactionary response from Choice was exceptionally disappointing and imho a complete failure in what they promised the would/could do to meet our warranty needs in at a crucial time. No complaints whatsoever with Devin and a pleasure to deal with. * Devin left "no" way of contacting him back. ** Also, I received an invoice for $100.00 when we were told per agreement right up to the day Devin arrived, it was $85.00 which is what we intend to pay. *** Due to what Devin found outside at the condenser installation, his boss instructed him NOT to go into the attic and therefore, no inspection was carried out on the entire system and Devin was only at the house for a very short time.
