Maintenance Recheck
We were told by ARS that we had coil rusting and some other problems. Major items that required placement and future problems if not replaced. Brandon did a thorough check and none of tge issues were prevalent. The system is only 8 years old. We do not require anything based on his evaluas from tjhis prior evaluation , nothing was out of place and no rust was detected. Thanks for saving us from the exorbitant cost related to unreal 💔.

With all the new technology…DeSean ran some cycles, checked Code Alerts, and examined my washer. Thus, after the tests, he cleaned parts to remedy my Error Code issue. Things seemed to working properly when he left. Great job !

Washer Replacement of Drain Pump
Desean was very fast and efficient . He was kind and understanding to my rant about not receiving a cancellation notice for Monday s scheduled repair and not being able to reach anyone about it with phone numbers given .. waited 3 days for repair when part was received on Saturday and had a scheduled Monday repair appt .
