Scott is great! Cost is ridiculous.
Scott showed up on time. Courteous and professional. Diagnosed problem quickly. Repair cost was quoted at more than purchasing a new refrigerator will cost. Decided to purchase new one than repair a 6 year old refrigerator for more expense.

Shareef came to my house today totally prepared. He brought in a dropcloth and his tools. He explained what he was going to do expong with the outcome and what the next steps were going to be. Very satisfied with Shareef and A&E Factory Service I will use them again
