Bryan, repairman for my Kenmore washer
Would appreciate you send Bryan on my calls he seems very knowledgeble and was able to explain the workings of the inner parts of my washer. And HE didn't have to bang on any part with another tool, as the last repairman did. Prefer the older repairmen that know what they are doing. Thank you

Tech was great, Sears was horrendous
Sears Home Services (A&E) needs to have a phone number that customers can call when Tech doesn't show up! Absolutely horrible to keep telling me on 9/21 and later that my appointment is scheduled for 9/20 and I should expect tech between 8:00-5:00!!! The only options were cancel or reschedule - please add 0 to speak with customer service. DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LET CUSTOMERS KNOW WHEN A TECH WILL NOT BE COMING AS SCHEDULED. Luckily Bryan was a great tech, but it still took an extra week to get repair done.
