Shareef was an excellent technician-However communication between Sears and myself was awful! I had 5 appointments and 3 no shows from 8-5pm which is totally unacceptable! Lost time from work, cost from laundry services because I had no dryer! I would not recommend anyone get the service warranty because nobody shows as promised

Refrigerator Diagnosis
Scott called and let me know that he would be arriving soon. When he got to my house, he quickly got to work and assessed the problem. He made a few calls and it was determined that my 13 yo 'fridge could not be resuscitated.
