Knowledgeable and quick working. Keith was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my fridge and explain to me what the issue was, how it was fixed and made better than before, and ways to keep the issues from happening again as frequently. Stellar service!

Excellent service technician
Shareef was a very knowledgeable swift and clean technician. Once he arrived it was a quick clean job. My only negative is not with Shareef but with Sears. You give an eight hour window for your arrival which costs a full day of vacation time for a thirty minute job. Do better.

I really like the up to date tracking of my service call. No more waiting around for 8 hours. The link that is sent via text, lets you know the technicians progress and then updates the time of arrival thru the day!
