Oven
Bryan was very engaging as he worked to replace the parts on our oven. We enjoyed talking with him as he worked. He explained exactly what he was doing. I hope we don't need him again anytime soon, but if another appliance stops working properly, I hope Bryan is the tech sent out.

Whirlpool dryer repair
Scott was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately some of the information he needed did not get passed to him from sears re: work to be done. He did take the time to explain some the things I needed to know, were not told, to make washer & dryer preform better. When I tried to call in to your call center , it's a joke. Hard to understand, won't stop talking long enough to answer necessary questions regarding call. Luckily Scott & I were able to take care of this situation. I hope he's one of the ones who comes to do the yearly checkup on all my appliances.
