Dryer Repair - bad heating unit

Our dryer broke. We had a Sears technician come out and he was in and out in 1 hour. Very kind, and efficient. I was a little bummed at the cost, however at the end of the day the repair was cheaper than buying a new unit and about $250 cheaper than other quotes. The hope is to get another 5 years out for the appliance and if that's the case then cost vs life span will have been well worth it. A sears home warranty was recommended as well that would have brought the service cost down and the monthly cost of that was inline with other home warranty options at around $50 a month. At the end of the day there might be a cheaper repair option available, but for the service and quickness I would absolutely use Sears team again. As for our representative that worked on the unit, he was knowledgeable, nice and prompt. Would highly recommend his services.

Scott, our technician, communicated throughout the day as to his arrival time. He fixed our appliance quickly, explained what was wrong, and was very professional.

Stove issue

Bryan came out for a problem with our range. It is an intermittent problem and he tried his best to get the issue to show. He was very patient and explained the many possible causes. Unfortunately we were unable to duplicate the problem and he reassured us to call back if we can duplicate the issue

Heating issue fixed

They fixed my heater and even checked it multiple times before they left. Thank you for being thorough!

Washer Repair

Tech showed up as scheduled and installed the ordered part. It seems to be working fine now.
