WASHER REPAIR
Robert's expertise in researching and contacting the right people to fix my washing machine was outstanding. He did not resolve my problem but was able to determine where the problem was. The part for the repair is in research. No definite answer other than this.

Bryan was great!
Bryan was great! After 2 1/2 months of tech's who didn't know what they were doing, appointments being canceled for no apparent reason, rescheduled & then rescheduled again, he was able to find & fix the issue. It turned out that the technician who installed the main board didn't program it to match the model washer I have, so I was having weird issues. We're back to working correctly!!
