Shareef called to let me know his arrival time. He arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and effectively communicated the problem with my appliance. He had the required part on hand and quickly replaced the defective part and made sure the appliance was operating properly prior to leaving. He was exceptional!

I want to give the technician 5 stars, because he was awesome. My issue was the inability to speak to a human (even via chat) when there was confusion regarding my appointment time. I received a text that the technician was on the way but site still showed a much later arrival. Aside from that all was great.

Vincent was a very good repairman,..I am upset with the communication process of getting in touch with anyone who could speak... totally automated and no one never showed up for my first appointment! Also, ridiculous price to put on a little clip to lick the washer... this lg is only .2 years old!!!!! never again !

Technician was excellent but I am very disappointed with the company. I have been trying to speak to a person and/or supervisor for 2 weeks. I have lost 3 of my Saturday’s because of a mistake one of the technicians made and I still got a later appt today. I will use Sears until my home warranty services expire and then I will look for a new provider.
