The technician David was outstanding and here’s hoping it works in 12 hours. Per your service company they need to be disbanded sent home and replaced with people that speak English and have a sense of caring. All they do is read a Script but don’t listen to the customers. Your AI program is embarrassing when I attempted to discuss the contract which was never resolved. Hire more techs as well before you have none

David was phenomenal. He handled the issues and recalibrated the Frigidaire Refrigerator in a timely fashion. Keep him on board since it was refreshing to deal with a professional.In regard to your company that set up the appointment, they are rediculous and should be replaced ASAP. They misinformed and it literally took me a week to have the issue handled. What happened to honesty?

David did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. He was professional, competent, and explained every action that he took in an easy to understand manner. I have dealt with many technicians in my life, but no one has performed as well as David. He is an outstanding technician.
