Your service man was professional caring individual he done awesome job but you as a company serving your customer you all did lazy job it takes you guys 8 weeks to respond my request to preparing my air condition upstairs that means I did not my family did not had air condition for almost 8 weeks where the temperature in Charleston reach sometimes over 100 multiple call I met you all it looked like it went from one ear come from the other I've been your loyal customers since 1981 that means I'm loyal to you but you are not loyal to your customers like me serious Sears used to be a great company take care of their customers but the new leadership in the past couple of years did not and will not take care of the customers all they care about is the dollar sign

The technician Vincent was good, overall experience was ugly. Initial date of service May 24,2024 and finally parts install on 2nd service call August 1.
