This is for July 27, 2023
The visit/phone call today was good and he was very respectful and helpful. However, for July 27 I don't remember who the tech was but we(my wife and I) are not happy. The tech did a no call no show. It took until Friday morning to find out why the tech didn't come. We understand that people have a certain number of hours to work, but we didn't like was a lack of communication(tech, dispatch, or automated service) inform us that no one was coming out. Also, no easy or clear method to find out. All the automated service did was tell us the tech would be coming soon This is unacceptable since we had to cancel multiple doctor appointments and take time off work. Sears, or whoever does the dispatch, needs to have a 24/7 human(not automated) contact service for if something like this happens.
