Service was great by your technician s but it would be great if you guys would call the day before to get details so you know what the customers expectations are and they can ask questions so they can be better prepared before they come out. I expected them to put the dryer back when they were done finishing fixing the washer and they needed to reschedule to do that. That would have saved a trip.

Great Experience

Good customer service
Did a good job but corporate has there rates to high for labors charges. Remember some profit is better than no profit and keeping your workers busy. Upper management the CEO needs to take a pay cut seems like there over charging to pay for something.
