Mathew the last technician was very good. However your organization and the service from Sears was completely awful. Dealing with Robots instead of people. The whole expierence was terrible. 4 tries and 4 sevice men to do one part was expensive and uncalled for and poorly managed. Never being able to speak to a real person or get real help was extremely frustrating. I will never do business with you again.
