Superior service in a tight spot.
Rodney had to replace the shock absorbers in my washing machine, and like almost all laundry rooms, the space was tight. I believe because he is an expert in what he does, he was able to complete the repair in great time (even though he apologized for it taking so long). It's good to know Sears still offers outstanding people doing outstanding work.
